The driving force behind MIH. She is equipped with an entrepreneurial spirit which has helped her in building a portfolio of investments in line with her vision. Since her first investment in DSI-Mandrik Strata Support (Pty) Ltd, she has managed to build solid relationships and ventured into various related transactions. Gwen has surrounded herself with mentors and partners that bring to MIH many years of experience and skills in the chosen industries.
Gwen has a BCom Degree with majors in Economics and Business Management as well as a BCom Honours Degree from the University of the North West (Unibo). She has an Executive Development Program from Wits Business School as well as various Directorship certificates from the Institute of Directors.
Gwen intends to build MIH into a formidable South African investment company with a long-term Pan African focus. Her speciality and focus areas include Strategy Formulation and Business Development.
She is passionate about girl-child and women empowerment and would like to see MIH being in a position to be able to implement projects that can achieve that vision.

Tebogo is currently the Managing Director of Marentia 0026cc a project management and property development business which he co-owns with his sister. He owns 40% of G & G Silkscreen Printers a supplier of stationery and promotional items and 10% of MIH Steel an investment company which is a shareholder of Rocbolt Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
Tebogo’s entrepreneurial career began during the time he was employed by Crossroads Distribution (Pty)Ltd. Whilst there, he was given an opportunity to start the brokerage division for the company. After leaving Crossroads he joined DSI-Mandirk to start their Africa division; DSI Africa, a company that marketed and distributed underground structural support products to the mining sector. At present he is also the Business Development Manager for Remkor Manufacturing (Pty)Ltd.
Tebogo has a Higher Diploma in Commerce and Communication from AAA School of advertising where he majored in Global Marketing, Integrated Marketing and communications. He also has a Finance for Non-Financial Managers Certificate from Wits Business School as well a Project Management certificate from TUT.
Currently he is registered with Edinburg Business School Herriot-Watts University for a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
Tebogo is a commercially minded marketer, who is target driven with extensive marketing experience.
C Klagsbrun
CK obtained a Law degree at the University of South Africa. He co-founded Randvest Capital and sits on the board of several companies.
His experience covers multiple legal and operational areas including Banking, Building & Construction, Corporate Finance and security, Due Diligence Investigations, Empowerment Transactions, International Transactions, Corporate Risk Management and Strategic Planning, Mergers, Acquisitions & Management Buy-Outs, Restructuring of Corporate Entities, Small Business & Franchising, Trademarks & Copyright, Joint ventures and partnerships.
CK has interacted across a wide range of sectors amongst others in Property, Information and Communication Technology, Professional Services, Agriculture, Insurance, Transport, Healthcare, Retail and Commodity sectors.
CK serves as a strategic advisor for the Mahuma Group of Companies.
William Ian Zeelie
William is a 58-year-old South African citizen with 39 years’ experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Extensive experience in strategy formulation, leadership guidance, operational improvement, and executive mentoring, with specific skills around project development to financial close. William has extensive skills in multi discipline project execution from basic contracting to Turnkey Design and construct and EPC. He sat on the board of numerous internal Group Five entities as well as an external entity. Willie Zeelie is a member of the Engineering Council South Africa (ECSA), as well as a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (MSAIEE) and institute of Directors (IOD).
Currently Willie operates Twilla (Pty)Ltd, established in 2017 by a small group of experienced professionals who offer a Capital Advisory Service to select clients who need improved focus on identifying, progressing and securing energy and infrastructure projects that caters to local and international companies in Africa. It is unique in that it is a small boutique relationship partnership that focuses on select clients and markets. The company is based in Gauteng, South Africa. We have identified a gap in the market for advisors who can be ''match makers'' for various companies in different sectors in countries around the world. Twilla offers and have experience in: Asset Management, Business Management & Scenario Planning as well as Capital Project Development.
Tinyiko Mhlari
Tinyiko is a director and co-founder of PSTM Chartered Accountants (Pty) Ltd. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Pretoria. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Honours at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, and her Higher Diploma in Tax Law at the University of Johannesburg. She was awarded Honorary Academic colours from the University of Pretoria and garnered two consecutive awards for the best performance in financial accounting during her undergraduate degree. She completed her articles in auditing and accounting at KPMG. She is a registered auditor with the Independent Regulatory Body of Auditors.
Tinyiko is a partner is PSTM, a dynamic women owned and led accounting, tax and advisory firm led by three female chartered accountants. Together with her partners, they boast an impressive track record and experience in a wide range of accounting, tax and advisory engagements in both the public and private sectors.
